Hej Betty!
Godt gjort.
Well done. Since lektion is a substantiv you either need a denominator in front of the word or add the correct gender ending to the word.
example:
"Tusind tak for den lektion."
or the more natural one
"Tusind tak for lektionen."
Kindly
Anna Maria

Hi Noah.
Thanks for your comment.
That's well written. Since "lektion" is common gender, it's "den lektion".
Keep up the good work.

Hi Gabriela.
Thanks for your question.
I'm not quite sure what you mean with "havd" which isn't a Danish word. Perhaps you're referring to "havde" that is the past tense of "at have". The pronunciation of that word does not include an "L" sound, but a soft "d" which is similar to the sound "th" in "the" or "those". Many people hear it as "L", but if you try to notice the position of your tongue, you'll feel the difference.
The word "navn" is pronounced in a different way. Among other, the "a" sound varies.
In general, Danish pronunciation often acts in mysterious ways.
I hope that helps you.
Best regards
Marc

Could you please explain the pronunciation of 'navn' and 'havd.' That is to say, do these combination of letters ('av') lend to specific sounds? Can one look at 'havd' and infer that there is an 'L' sound in there?
Tusind tak!

Hi Miko.
Thanks for your message. That's good Danish.
An "at" should be added, and the "er" should be removed, so it becomes: "Må jeg be' om at få dit navn?".
"Jeg" is not with an uppercase letter as in English, by the way.
Have a nice day.
Best regards
